Joe has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. He holds a Bachelor Degree from City University, New York in Health and Physical Education and a Master Degree from Texas A&M in Recreation Management.

Joe is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.). These certifications enable him to deal with certain restrictions such as muscular dystrophy, arthritis and back, knee and shoulder problems. He has trained people with numerous health issues as well as professional athletes, models and celebrities.

He also served on the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) committee which developed the national exam to certify personal trainers.



Leesah Stiles is thrilled to be teaching classes at Class Master. She has been a seasoned professional performer since her teenage years. She currently performs in the Hudson Valley area in several bands and theater projects and also performs her solo act across the country.

Lisa teaches Bellyfit, Zumba and children’s classes at Class Master. Bellyfit blends her love of movement and dance with female empowerment and the body acceptance movement. It is a fusion of Bellydancing, Afro-Dance, Bollywood and Yoga and Pilates. Her children’s class (Magical Fairy School) mixes dance, music and imagination for little ones and also gives her and the students a chance to dress up like fairies! (Who doesn’t want more sparkle in their lives?!) She is currently studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a health coach. Her goal is to help people become happier and healthier.



Rona began her passion for yoga working with children over two decades ago and has been a certified Rajahatha yoga teacher since 2010. She received training in pediatric yoga with Allison Morgan where she learned how to teach children that yoga is the best way to know yourself. Rona taught children with a range of developmental and physical disabilities, such as sensory issues and autistic spectrum disorders. Soon after children start taking Rona’s classes, she can sense them starting to develop and open up to feeling their energy and inner peace.

Rona received her Rajahatha teacher training with Amy –Pearce Hayden at the Yogascape in Carmel, N.Y. Rona is also a ARCB certified Reflexologist, Reiki Master and EFT trained level 2. In June 2014 she was recognized by the Mid-Hudson Coalition for her professionalism, quality of service, and commitment to the field of Human Services.



Anne’s yoga journey began in 2002 when she attended her first Asthanga yoga class and instantly felt a connection to the practice of Yoga.  The movement of the body as it relates the mind and breath drew her in and she has never been the same since.  Over the past decade she has practiced several types of yoga including Asthanga, vinyasa, Iyengar, Bikram, Barkan, and Jivamukti.

Anne’s style of yoga teaching is Vinyasa with the Hot 26 sequence as the basis.  Her goal when teaching Yoga is to make Yoga available to anybody, making the practitioner feel comfortable and welcome.  Each class has a physical and mental component that invigorates the mind and spirit.  She hasn’t taught a student yet who wasn’t transformed by the ancient practice.



Sande is the founder of Sundara Yoga and the owner/designer of Sundara Yoga-Inspired Jewelry. Sande completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Satya Yoga Center in Rhinebeck, NY and her Corporate Yoga Teacher Training at the Omega Institute of Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY. In college, she studied Psychology & Education at Boston University and holds a B.A. in Education from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Sande’s teaching style is warm, caring and playful. She strives to create a “held space” for the practice, where students can explore this inner journey that is yoga.





Gabriel first became passionate about health and wellness during his last semester of college in a class that studied the Alexander Technique. He gained perspective on the seemingly endless potential the human body and mind have to achieve incredible things if they are treated mindfully, with care and with an understanding of  how to best use them.  Yoga had come in and out of his life before but now he understood just how important and useful this practice was. Since then he has slowly been working towards becoming a full time instructor so that he can spend as much time as possible learning and exploring this powerful practice.  Gabriel hopes to share everything he has learned about healing, growth and the vast human potential of any body or mind, to any and as many of those who are willing to listen.
