In 2018, Antony led the team that founded Beyond Edtech Limited (BEL), providing live online English lessons with international teachers across Asian markets.
The team gained marketing and operating experience across markets while developing AI and big-data marketing technology. In 2023, Antony spun off BEL's marketing and technology departments to form Capra Technology Limited. ClassMaster launched the following year.
That experience addresses practical questions: who ads attract, how inquiries are handled, how staff take over and whether it generates business.

The marketing and technology teams became independent, bringing their capabilities to customer acquisition and operations for more businesses.
